On Saturday 12 January, five of Kirkham Grammar School’s ‘The Wind in the Willows’ cast members attended the prestigious NODA District 2 Awards Evening at The Grand Hotel in Blackpool. KGS had received seven nominations in five different categories. Fifth Year pupil, Reuben, won ‘Best Actor’ for his assured and confident performance in the role of Ratty. First Year pupil, Joshua, won ‘Best Supporting Actor’ for showing his vulnerability as the innocent and sensitive Mole.
