The Infant and Pre-School children and staff surprised Mrs Knowles with a party picnic to celebrate her forthcoming retirement. Mrs Knowles was decoyed by Mrs Shuttleworth while preparations took place and the children placed their picnic blankets and teddy bears on the field. Mrs Knowles was so surprised to find her mum, husband and daughter had joined her for the celebrations. A lovely afternoon was had by all which included an outdoor DJ, party games and singing and dancing to some old favourites! It was a truly magical afternoon and a fitting occasion for a wonderful lady spent with staff and children with whom she has devoted a significant number of years to.
