Last week at KGJS the school was very busy on the sporting front with 19 rugby, 2 football, 2 hockey and 2 netball matches played in total! On Wednesday 14th November, KGJS attended the Sedbergh Rugby Festival. Kirkham took a team of U8s and 9s. All players played admirably with fixtures against Sedbergh Prep, Mowden Hall, Austin Friars, Rossall, Scarisbrick Hall, Giggleswick, Dent and St Mary’s Kirkby Lonsdale. The U9s won 4 out of 5 games and the U8s won 2 out of games. On Friday 16th November, we hosted The Buchan School from the Isle of Man. The J3 and J4 students enjoyed two great games of football and netball played at Mill Farm. Thank you for visiting!
