In an exciting project Mr Painter (Art Department and Cricket Coach) was asked to produce an original artwork that could be sold at auction. This fine painting depicts a typical game during the 2009 season, involving the 1st XI in their annual match against the MCC. Adam Galley, a prominent member of the senior squad, is captured executing a classic off-drive.
The painting was put up for auction on e-bay in a 7-day auction. We thank all that were interested and placed a bid. The final winning bid was £680 which was a great final amount. This money that will help to make a difference to the Grenada tour which you can follow on Mr Duncan’s blog.
